TOKIMEKI Schedule ("the Service") is a free service that provides scheduled posting functionality for Bluesky.
2. Terms of Use
- You must have a Bluesky account
- You must agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- You must comply with Bluesky's Terms of Service
3. Service Features
The Service provides the following features:
- Scheduling posts (up to 30 days in advance)
- Managing scheduled posts (view and delete)
- Scheduling thread posts
4. Usage Limits
- Maximum 5 scheduled posts per account
- Posts can only be scheduled within 30 days
- Video scheduling is not supported
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Posting illegal content
- Spam or harassment
- Attacks or unauthorized access to the Service
- Unauthorized use of others' accounts
- Violations of Bluesky's Terms of Service
6. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties
- Execution of scheduled posts is not guaranteed
- We are not liable for damages caused by service interruption, suspension, or termination
- We are not liable for issues arising from post content
7. Service Changes and Termination
- The Service may be changed, suspended, or terminated without notice
- Upon termination, stored data will be deleted
8. Intellectual Property
- The Service's source code is provided under an open-source license
- Rights to content posted by users belong to the users
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Japanese law.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated without notice.
